Slip Prevention

We offer slip prevention treatments to transform ceramic tile surfaces to comply with Australian Standards, AS 4663 (2004) for coefficient of friction.

We can also provide a slip prevention maintenance program to provide an adequate level of “due diligence” in the event of a slip accident, you will be able to show a program was in place and greatly reduce the risk of liability.

We have been using the same system for over 15 years and it is the most permanent solution available. By micro-etching the surface, this is not a treatment that will wear off or need to be re applied. We are experts in creating a formula that is suited to each surface. This means, where other companies may overly burn (over etch) the surface, which will cause the tile to lose colour and become difficult to maintain, we can achieve the desired result without changing the look.
